SHIPPING POLICY
Most in stock items are shipped within 3 days of purchase. During the holiday seasonal dates of October 1st through January 31st we make every effort to ship products as quickly as possible in order for you to receive them in time for use during the holiday season.

Orders are shipped by a carrier of our choice or as indicated by any promotion on this website. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Orders of $100 or more may require signature confirmation for delivery.

BACK ORDERS
At times during off holiday or peak holiday season, our inventory can become low quickly and items may go into a back-order status. If your order or a portion of it goes into a back-order status, we will notify you of the expected ship date and you will have the option to change or cancel your order prior to it shipping. Once shipped the order will fall under our Refund and Exchange policy. Please contact our support team via the Contact page of our website or at support@laserchristmaslights.com to inquire about the status of a back-ordered item.

INTERNATIONAL AND NON-CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING CHARGES
All international orders SHIPPING outside the USA are shipped via an international carrier of our choice. We make every attempt to ship via priority services, however, unforeseen delays such as peak holiday times and local customs and delivery carriers can delay delivery.
An additional shipping charge is required for items shipped internationally or outside of the Continental United States. Some countries may impose a "duty" or "import" tax to orders. We have no control if and when international customs may impose this tax for your delivery. This cost is not included with the purchase price or shipping surcharge and is solely you the purchaser’s responsibility.
